Time for new computer.. Upgrades are not worth spending money. For $300 - $400 you can get laptop with 4 gig memory ringing windows 10. PS Vista is no longer supported.

try to boot to safe mode by tapping F8 repeatedly as soon as you turn on the computer. If your keyboard is not working fine when you are in safe mode, you need to replace the keyboard of your laptop. Call your computer's manufacturer if your laptop is still in warranty.

Common cause of this is the wifi switch is in OFF position. Check the wireless switch of the laptop that is located either infron of the laptop where LED indicators are, or on the side of the laptop. The switch ON position has an embossed computer icon with signal on it. Make sure that the switch is set to that position.

Mahjong is probably an XP game. Right click on the game icon. the click on properties. when the window opens, you will see the tab labeled "Compatability". Click on that tab, then check mark the box that says "Run this in compatibility mode", then in the drop down box select Win XP. Click apply then OK.
Then play the game, it should work fine.
