we test the HDD first, do the smart tests if those fail the HDD is bad and there is no recovery on HDD that is dead.

bad hdd have corrupted OS, and corrupted everything. and if true, is DOOMED.
new HDD if bad and new OS fresh installed. if HDD is bad.
fixing this is based on pure logic even computer logic.

This problem is because of one of the unsuitable driver. Logon to your system in safe mode and update drivers for all the hardware and restart.
Hint: keep pressing F8 while booting to show other booting options from where you can select safe mode.
