Normally as loud buzzing from the fridge on that frequency it just the icemaker cycling, the water inlet solenoid valve often makes a buzzing noise depending upon water pressure. Other than the noise, there is nothing to worry about.
If you think it's only during the fill (20-30 seconds at the end of the cycle), it's probably the fill solenoid. If it were me, I'd let it go a couple of weeks and see if it quiets down on its own. There's nothing harmful about a solenoid humming, and you may find that better is the enemy of good when you wade into trying to fix it.
If you can't live with the noise, I'd suggest replacing the entire valve body and solenoid as a unit - you never know which part may be the source of the problem. It's only 2 water connections and 2 wires. You can buy the part online for $20 or less.
Blocked pump, open flap bottom right, drain off excess water manually and remove pump filter. Make sure you get right down and have a look in at the impellor and give it a turn to make sure its free to rotate. You'll probably find a coin, button etc that is catching the pump impellor. When you start a cycle the pump engages for a few seconds and then the w/m takes in water, so if something is stopping the impellor rotating the w/m will not start. Best of luck
Check the water pump for an obstruction in the chamber area, your pump may be sticking and that will cause the buzzing sound. The water pump runs during the fill portion of the cycle on several of the selected wash cycles to recirculate the water.
Have you tried putting a cup of water in it and cooking on a low power level?
If it buzzes only when it is on the cook cycle, that would narrow it down.
