SOURCE: code for directv receiver
It looks like teh H21-200 is made by Samsung. Searching the DirectTV site gave me the code 00001 which worked for me.

The instructions that came with my remote were COMPLETELY incorrect. I made note in pen in my jumbo remote manual. After hours of searching the web and piecing together various blogs, I wrote these easy-to-use instructions:
You can program any jumbo remote button this way (eg. MENU, EXIT, MUTE). Just make sure you press the same button on each remote in steps 4 and 5 (eg. MENU on jumbo remote, MENU or LIST on old remote).

no... there is no code for this remote to work with the directv boxes. the best thing to do is get an actual directv remote.. $15 from directv's website, and program it to everything else you want to use it with
Look for the HD logo on the front of the set--if there and a early one it is HD READY which means it needs a box with HD connected to its rear HD input.
[1] Locate the DIRECTV Receiver's brand and model number
(on the back or bottom panel) and write it in the
spaces below.
[2] Enter the 5-digit code for your DIRECTV Receiver
[3] Power on the DIRECTV Receiver
[4] Move the slide switch to DIRECTV icon
[5] Press and hold in the MUTE and SELECT keys until the
green light under the DIRECTV icon flashes twice and
then release both keys.
[6] Using the number keys enter the 5-digit code. If performed
correctly the green light under the DIRECTV icon
will flash twice.
[7] Aim the remote at your DIRECTV Receiver and press
that the power key once. The DIRECTV Receiver should
turn off. If it does not turn off, repeat steps 3 and 4, trying
each code for your brand until you find the correct
code.
