Flicking screen on Samsung UN60FH6003F, replaced main & power board and LSVD cable.

Check out the inverter board. It supplies the backlighting on screen so you see picture. If it is messed up it could be responsible for the flashing. Assuming you see a normal picture in between flashes!

Need to download recorded video to CD or DVD for playback. How do I do this?

if you are trying to burn the video onto dvd, you will need video encoder software and burning software.

I would recommend using DVD Flick as it is free and handles just about everything you would need.

JVA 2440 rotates continuously in spa mode

If you remove the handel and open thr top of the actuator you will see a set nut on the center of the shaft that you use to set where the valve stops. If this is tight then you may have a bad micro switch in the unit and you should replace the actuator. Good luck.

Same problem with sony ke-p42m1

this might be a bad or temp sensetive tuner, why don't you try hooking up a dvd player to your video jacks and see if the problem is present while watching a dvd disc. If it doesn't then you may have to replace the small signal board(where the cable or sat feed hooks up to the tv).
