Candy washing machine smoke coming from inside

Candy washing machine CN105T.Smoke coming from inside drum after spin.
Drum seems to be rubbing on front rubber making flapping noise but only on spin mode.
When turning drum by hand the bearings seem quite smooth & the drum turns easily?

It is rubbing on spin cycle due to being out of balance.Rubbing wont occur when turning by hand.
Stop by your local hardware store for a packet of drum balancers.

it might still work for now. but the magic smoke is never a good sign when it comes to electronics.

i would open it and see what caused the smoke. any cracked/burnt components.,burnt leads on the circuit board or bulging or blown capacitors. if you then take a photo of the failed part(s) and upload together with a new question about it you will get a better and more accurate answer if its "safe" to use. and maybe even a fix for it

I need to know the correct way to play this drum machine through my amp.

If you have a direct out use that? You can also use the Headphone jack coming out. Make sure the volume on the DM is very low. And bring it up slowly.

Sound cutting out

You may be having early stages of arc over in the main amp. This leads to catastrophic failure of the power amp section (usually the rearward one) and sometimes the power supply.

Facing the back of theunit, usually the left speakon connector is the one that connects to the section that fails.

The arcing is between two layers of a multi-layer board.

Note, if you smell smoke or pop a fuse DO NOT continue to use the device but get immediate servicing.

Got smoke from inside keyboard and diskette, hard drive and scsi no longer show as available on system screen. Am using midis from HD but can't view it when using disk utilities. I suspect a board is gone,...

Any electronic device that has smoke coming from it is not a good sign. Whether it can be repaired is debateable (it depends if parts are available and costs). Usually in cases such as this it needs a new circuit board and possible other associated components/devices. I suggest the best solution is to purchase a new Yamaha keyboard as a new model would have new and better features.

Alesis-sr 16 sound low

Buy the correct adapter that matches the voltage AND current requirements of the unit. MANY universal ones do not and the original MAY have built in filter that universal does not.

You MAY also need to do a factory reset on the unit.

The Bass Drum Pedal of our Yamaha DTXplorer electronic drum kit has come to pieces. There are springs and washers everywhere and I don't know how to fix it. The instruction manual doesn't tell me. If you...

Go to one of the suppliers. Most of them will have photos of the bass pedal assembly and if you can enlarge the photo, you should be able to figure how to assemble it.

Expect to find washers on shafts between things that rub.

The owners manual at:

http://yamahadtxplorer.com/yamaha-dtxplorer-owners-manual/

Check on page 9 for example. While the photo isn't the greatest you can see where the spring is.

Problems with DTXpress III special bass drum pad

If you are comfortable with working on it and the warrantee is up try taking the pad apart to see if the piezo element has come loose from its mounting or if the solder joint is loose. If that isn't the problem save your settings and initialize the set according to the instructions in your manual.

All seems working but NO sound coming out of any outs. I've initialized it and did all I can remember to get it up and running after a long rest... in other words, it's been in the cupboard for some...

If I remember correctly it will have a backup battery inside that may have died. You will need to replace it and download the correct patch to get it up and running again.
