Troubleshooting :
Cannot access internet in OS using onboard network card bg-country_outline_top.png bg-country_outline_bottom.png Solution

1. Please check the LAN settings in BIOS.


2. Install a fresh OS and the motherboard driver, network card driver in support CD or downloaded from official website.


3. If the network card is not recognized in Device Manager, please contact reseller (service center) for tests.


4. If the network card is recognized in Device Manager, please do some troubleshooting as the following steps:

4.1. If there is yellow question mark or exclamation mark before the network card, please re-install OS and drivers. If the problem persists, please contact reseller (service center) for tests.

4.2. If there is no yellow question mark or exclamation mark before the network card, but in Control Panel/Network Connections/Local Area Connection, the network cable is shown as "un-plugged(X)", please check network cable/router/switch/modem/other network peripherals and network port, or plug network cable to other system for test. If the problem persists, use another computer in the same network environment to check if it can access internet. If the network is not connected to internet, please connect ISP and network peripheral reseller or change network cable.

4.3. If there is no yellow question mark or exclamation mark before the network card, but in Control Panel/Network Connections/Local Area Connection is disabled (grey), please enable(right click and choose "Enable") it for a test. If the problem persists, please turn off firewall, search and kill virus, reinstall OS and drivers. If the problem still exists, please contact reseller (service center) for tests.

4.4. If there is no yellow question mark or exclamation mark before the network card, but in Control Panel/Network Connections/Local Area Connection is shown as "Limited or no connectivity" (yellow exclamation mark)", please do some troubleshooting as the following steps:

4.4.1. Right click and choose "repair"

4.4.2. Unplug and re-plug the network cable

4.4.3. Re-connect the network or access IP

4.4.4. Restart

4.4.5. Check server DHCP settings, IP configuration, seek advice from ISP

4.4.6. Skip router and connected to Modem directly

4.4.7. Turn off other computers in the same network to avoid IP conflict

4.5. If there is no yellow question mark or exclamation mark before the network card, and there is no abnormal situation in Control Panel/Network Connections/Local Area Connection, please do some troubleshooting as the following steps:

4.5.1. Try to access IP or Static IP automatically

4.5.2. Unplug and re-plug the network cable

4.5.3. Re-connect the network or access IP

4.5.4. Restart

4.5.5. Check server DHCP settings, IP configuration, seek advice from ISP

4.5.6. Turn off firewall, search and kill the virus, reinstall OS and drivers

4.5.7. Check MAC address ( You could follow the commands: " Start"-" All Programs"-" Run", please input " cmd", after that you could input " ipconfig/all" to check MAC address)

4.5.8. If possible, use another computer in the same network environment to check if it can access internet

a. If the network connection is OK in another system, please contact reseller (service center) for tests

b. If the network is not connected to internet, please connect ISP and network peripheral reseller or change network cable

What does the error message E005 & 004 mean

Hi there
regarding E005 , E004 at JUKI lock stitch machine means :
E004:

synchronizer lower position sensor failure ( please check if socket is connect secure or lose connect - please check belt tension if lose please made more tight for belt tension.
E005:
synchronizer upper position sensor failure ( please check if socket is connect secure or lose connect - please check belt tension if lose please made more tight for belt tension.
if still not solve please change synchronizer with new one.

I can connect to the router but the router cant connect to the internet. If i directly connect the internet connection to my pc, it has internet connections, so the router is not connecting to the...

Firstly please check the connections. The modem should be connected to the "Internet" port on the back of the router. And the computer can be connected to any of the 4 ports of the router. Checked the lights. They should be steady. If you have a cable connection (cable modem) than you can connect directly to the internet. Else if you are using a DSL connection than you need to configure the router according.

They issue is due to the corrupted SmartWi Connection Utility Software in the Computer.

You will need to re-install the Wireless LAN Driver, Updates, and the SmartWi Connection Utilities in the Computer to fix the issue with the Wireless.

You can download the Wireless LAN Driver, Updates and the SmartWi Connection Utility from Sony Support Site.

  1. Please download and save each file on the Desktop.
  2. After that double click on the Original Wireless LAN Driver to begin the installation.
  3. Please follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation.
  4. After that, restart the Computer for the settings to take the effect.
  5. After restarting the Computer, please install the Updates.
  6. Make sure that you restart the Computer after each installation.
  7. Then, please re-install the "SmartWi Connection Utility in the Computer.

  1. Download and install the SmartWi Connection Utility in the Computer.
  2. after the installation, please turn ON the Wireless Adapter using the SmartWi Connection Utility.
  3. Please click "Start", "All Programs" and SmartWi Connection Utility to open the Program and turn ON the Wireless Adapter.
  4. After that, please re-configure the Wireless Network connection in the Computer.
  5. This should fix the issue with the Wireless Network connection.

I want to connect internet with help of data cable on 6030

I hope you are having a data cable compatible with your phone model. First of all, please contact your operator for the GPRS settings. After you have finished installing the settings and have connected your cable, please install the driver cd which you got along with your cable. After this step you have two options, either use manual configuration or use PC suite from Nokia to connect to the internet. If you are using PC suite, things should be up and running by this time. If you are trying for manual connection, please make sure that you phone modem is installed and is listed in the modems list in "Phones and Modems" option in control panel. After this step, create a new connection in "Network Connections" and name it a suitable name. Please get the number to be dialed from your mobile operator and start dialling. You will get a confirmation that the connection is established and it will show you the connection speed. It will be displayed in the system tray as 2 computers blinking. You may approach me for further clarifications.

Messenger encounter a connection problem.please check the network connection and then click try again 8100 300 4

Please check that you are not having any Proxy in Connection setting ....if you use socks proxy please clear/delete the proxy from network connection>Lan Setting>Unselect Use Proxy Server.......etc. or check the Connection Preferences in the messenger window and select Connect directly to the internet and save....or if it's still the same please contact your network admin or ISP....hope that will help you...

When I turn sony kdl32m4000 on, green power light comes on but

I understand that your TV is turning ON but you're not bale to view the videos on the TV screen. If the TV is connected to a wall outlet through a Surge protector please disconnect the connection through the Surge protector and try connecting the TV to a working wall outlet and check if that helps. Please check the connection between the TV and the connected device. Please try using a different device and check if that helps. This is to check whether the issue is with the TV or the connected device. Please try to explain the issue as much as you can next time. What are the video sources connected to the TV? Does this issue occur with the TV when connected to other devices? How did you connect the videos sources to the TV? Which connection are you using to connect the devices to the TV? You TV doesn't support 1080p resolution, so please check whether the connected device is giving output in 1080p resolution. If the issue still persists service of the TV is recommended.

hi what sort of problem do you have, if you just using it without the wireless just plug all in then turn modem on then router and then your computer, if you need wireless scan for an connection and click connect (please note makesure your wireless connection is password connected to stop other using it without your permision..)


any more help please let me know always maksure that you can connect pc to modem for internet connection to make sure you can get one
