What web browser are you using?
For most just go to settings and change it.. If your using chrome then first check your extensions and delete anything you dont need and then change the settings.

Noramlly this happens only if u have 2 or more operating systems on your pc and this is helpful in that case.
Anyway if u wanna get rid of this, then download and install EasyBCD and open it.
Then go to "change settings" menu and set bootloader timeout to '0'.
Your problem should be solved, Additionally, you can check "add/remove entries" menu in EasyBCD and delete any entries other than windows 7.
