First step is to find a customer service contact for the provider, such as a toll-free phone number or email address. If their customer service won't help you, contact the BBB in the city where the provider has its headquarters.

Too late. If you were using internet on it and free anti virus apps then there was a hope of locating the device. You could lock the phone or delete its data or even get its approximate location. But not now.
The only hope you have is by lodging a police complaint. The police, based on your complaint can ask the service providers to locate this phone. Try it.

MY PHONE WAS STOLEN

Report with your IMEI code to the service provider or it is best to lodge a complaint - FIR - to the CYBER CELL of the Police Dept. that is in your area.
You will need to produce doccuments to prove your ownership so that the phone be traced.

You can easily make a complaint to the Police station closer to your place. Secondly you can call your service provider and lodge a complaint for barring this number.
If the caller keeps on disturbing make an official police complaint and the Cyber cell will trace the person .

Mobile model 5130 IME NO 355232036543221 STOLEN REQUEST FOR TRACING THE SAME PRATEEK JAIN 02974-222923

Prateek,
The only way you can trace the phone in India is to lodge a complaint with the police and ask them to tell the service provider to trace the phone. You will have to give the IMEI number along with the complaint. And best would be if you contact the helpline of your service provider firstly to block the number and secondly to as them the procedure to trace it or whatever they suggest. Since it is a legal matter, the police has to come into the picture.

Sir i have lost my nokia 6233 by last month

Vishal, No you cant get it back, but you can make it such that even the finder/thief can not use it. Go to the police to lodge a complaint, which in any case you have to to get the same number allotted to you again. In that complaint you must mention the IMEI number (you can get it from your receipt from the dealer or from the dealer's copy) and ask the police to tell the service provider to block that IMEI number. If you cant use your phone why should someone else use it. Your request to the service provider will not be heard because such is the law. onlt police can get it blocked.
