SOURCE: How can human waste come from a rectal stump long after a bowel resection resulting in a colostomy?

it is not waste as such but the mucuks that is generated by the remaining bowel section that lubricates the bowel wall to keep it from drying out and dying
This would have been explained by the treating specialist / surgeon

What is Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Irritable Bowel Syndrome is a confusion of the internal organ. It might cause stomach torment, swelling, looseness of the bowels and obstruction. The condition isn't hazardous in nature and does not make you defenseless to colon issue, for example, Crohn's sickness, ulcerative colitis and colon malignant growth, be that as it may, side effects of IBS may go about as obstructions in having an ordinary existence.
