Xbox live faild to conect?
Wait a couple of hours. The other day it was doing that to me so I waited a while and it worked. (Halo 3)
Hey I called Xbox and they said everyone is having this problem connecting but the weird thing for me is when i go to play madden 08 instead of halo3 the xbox live comes back and i can play where as with halo3 i can't. i think this is because madden auto signed in through the EA sports server which is still up and running. post a comment if to tell me if your Xbox does the same thing

all connections ok but xbox live says failed
when i try to acess my xbox live it wont let me ,and the connectivity test says that everything is fine untill it gets to xbox live then it says failed., why ? and when will it work again ?
I have the exact same problem, my guess is that xbox-live messed something up and are temporarily offline. If this continues I'll make a phone-call to xbox support and get things figured out.
