On the GE website, they state this about wiring diagrams:
" The wiring diagram (mini-manual/schematic) is packaged with each model. The most common locations are listed below: Behind the front grill (in the center or on the left side), The left or right side by the condenser, or Inside the refrigerator section in the control panel."


They also state: "If you cannot locate the wiring diagram on your appliance, you can call the GE Appliances Answer Center to obtain one. You will need to have your complete model number. Wiring diagrams are routinely placed somewhere in the back of the appliance, often behind the access panel, and sometimes inside a small envelope, or rolled up and stuck into a frame channel.

In my GE side-by-side, there is a parts diagram/schematic folded up inside the control knob housing (located in the fresh food compartment).

unless its been removed there is a wirng manual on the unit. if you will remove the front grille on the bottom below the doors and feel under the cabinet you will find a plastic envelope taped to the underside. rip this open and pull out the wiring diagram.

Look for electrical diagram inside the temp control area of the refrig. Open refrig door, take out two screws going up through the temp control area and look for a waxy paper folded up inside. That's the best you will find. There is not a separate schematic for the mother board, as it is not considered a repairable part. (replacement only)
