Please do the following:-

1. Switch off the printer and remove the toner.
2. Swap with some white cotton waste.
3. Then reinsert the toner and try again.
4. If you are getting the same problem, please replace a new toner

Replace photoconductor message

I am looking into the reset chip which you can find in ebay.
The cost of the new chip is around $15 dollars

That will make the msg dissapear.

I do not want to buy a $200+ unit.... :(

Epson Acculaser CX11NF Error 'Service Req E527'

Hi.. To fix the E527 error, close the front panel (cover A) and open the top cover (cover B). With the photoconductor unit removed, the toner carousel will rotate. It only rotates if cover A is closed all the way. You can easily rotate the carousel to a position where you can remove/reinstall the toner cartridge if stuck.

Thanks

ACULASER CX11NF Photoconductor reset - chip?

The reset chip will not provide you with a long term solution to your problem. The photoconductor unit is now full of waste toner and the photoconductive drum, prime charge roller and wiper blade are all worn, this is the cause of the message. Your only real and the correct solution is to replace the Photoconductor unit with a new one. Remember that this is part of the consumable set for this printer and is therefor costed in as part of the cost per page.
Should you proceed with the replacement chip, you will be opening yourself to deminishing quality print and eventual failure of the unit.

Black Cartridge just changed, but still says K-toner low

The only way to clear the message is to wait until the the display shows XXXX Toner Out, then change the cartridge and the message will clear itself.

Black Toner replaced

Replace Toner with gen cartridge.

Or Take cartridge back as faulty after checking that it was opened and installed correctly.

Check display on printer for indications that maybe it needs one of the 3 colour toners indicators are Y,C or M

K is black
