My WS-300M voice recorder will not connect to my PC. windows begins to instal drivers then tells me that the the device is malfunctioning. i have tried 2 computers and all give me the same message.
Are you sure that the ws-300m is not deffective?

It works fine for all applications that i need it for. i just wanted to back up some files to my computer and it will not let me do it.
