Hi,,,sounds like you have a blockage in the carbs,,,remove and clean carbs,,check spark plugs too.

It idles at 4k rpms and ive cleaned the carbs well already

If your certain the carbs are clean and it's running on all 4 cylinders, turn the idle screw counter clockwise until the tach reads between 900 and 1000 rpm's.

4k engine

cyl-4=brakeAmp.
carb/manifold gasket=crank vent.valve.
airfilterhouse=valvecover vent.
Thats the 2K setup but it should be the same on 4K!
