I have a hisense tv 32” how do I connect to wireless wifi

This would depend on the model and whether it was a SMART TV.

The internet connection is via a LAN cable or via your satellite or cable box to your Home Network. Your smartphone connect to wifi and via that to the television.

We went from cable tv to a dish. which changed our internet service. I am unable to change the service on our Hisense TV

You have to reset the set electronics to erase all prior settings. Look for reset button on unit or contact Hsense. Also, in the settings area for internet there may be an area for a totally new network.

My 50" hisense smart tv says I'm connected to the internet but when I try to use a app it says there is no internet connection

Don't know that much about Hisense but other brands when you connect to your modem you will have to pair the tv and it up with your wep password. Tv should ask you all of this in set-up screen.

48" HISENSE SMART TV 2014 /I HAVE NO WIRELESS INTERNET CONNECTION ANYMORE

Check out your manual and look for the section regarding connecting to your home network. The tv set must detect the network for it to properly set up the connection after you give it the name and password to your account.. Check for the network working properly with your laptop or other device(s). If those units connect then the problem has to be with the wireless circuits of your tv.
Can also try resetting the set to factory condition and starting anew with the setup procedure. Also unplug the set while it is on - then while unplugged press in the "on" button on set for about thirty seconds. Then replug set and try again.

How to set up forutube

Recommend using the installation and setup procedures straight from the manual. Unfortunately, I cannot access the manual, but I recently set up a new Smart TV and found that the manual is essential to making it easy and painless. The added benefit was that I learned how to properly use my TV easily.

Good luck,
