My hook 2 7'' turns on then the screen goes black. i can touch the selection keys and hear the sound but there is no picture

Your set migbe missing the high voltage that lights up the picture tube,you need to check for loose conections starting at the horizontal drive transistor and transformer ,then check the horizontal output transistor for short,it needs to be checked with a meter if the output is shorted it probably open a safey fuse or resistor to prevent more damage.If you are familiar with tv service this will give a place to star but if you are not too familiar be safe and seek the help of a servicer.Let Us know if you need more information.

Its very simple actualy, you just need to go to the profiles and select your favorite profile and set Touch reaction to "No Feedback"
That should solve any sounds playing while your selecting items.

this is the problem related to display of ur TV screen...please contact the service centre...plz dont try to repair it urself..

check your LCD inverter maybe there is loss connection or some parts damage from inverter.

there is a bad capacitor in the power board
The Can shaped little device will have a domed or puffed up top on it the value is printed on the side you can , or have someone replace the cap and you should be all set
