This doesn’t help fix all printers because each situation is
different and in most cases we don’t have enough information to determine the
fix.So hope this will provide some
help.
Could have a corrupt driver. Disconnect
the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do
both and when the CD software program asks you to connect the printer
to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.

Ok try unplugging the printer for about 15 minutes and plug it back in that will reset the printer and it should work fine.
Let me know how it works out
It's thinking that you want to print photo's.
Check the memmory slots on the left to see if there is anything in there if there is pull it out.
Also check to see if a camera is connected to it.
