I just got a 110 ssr pit bike. is the back brake

I just got a 110 ssr pit bike is the back brake lever supposed to be on top or below the peg mine is on top but the brake dont work i think its cause its not able to push down enough

My pitbike starts and ticks over brilliant but when i ride it and give it full revs it just splutters and doesnt go any faster

    Clean ur carb and spark plug and if that dont work try to set the air mix its the screw without the sring

No spark
there are 2 wires that go to the kill switch. bare them both and put a jumper between the 2 to insure insure its not a switch falure. if you get spark, get a new switch or continue with the jumper. be sure to keep the bare wires from touching metal or youll just ground it out again and it wont start
