A tomato plant cannot support all of the leaves and have great fruit production too. You should selectively prune some of the leaves on mature plants to promote large tomatoes.

Trim the small leaders off the bottom of plant. And at the end of summer trim the stems so the sun can shine on the green tomatoes

What you need to search for at your local plumbing store is an EXTENDED overflow. An overflow for a jetted tub is taller than for a soaker tub.
This is taller than a regular overflow.
This needs to be between 22-28" tall.
