My openview says no channels 0% strength and quality What should I do

Switch off your decorder for 5minutes and switch it on

Pull the power lead from the wall socket. Press and hold the power button for 60 seconds. Plug back in. Power Reset. Or try the Factory Reset

Step 1: Do a factory reset by pressing 12345 on your remote control and press OK. Step 2: If you were using Explorer before Openview, you need to restore LNB settings... Go to menu on your remote > settings > installation > search channels.

Power cycle both units. Remove mains plug from both for 5 minutes and reconnect. Make sure the television is set the HDMI Source to the Decoder.

I'm using an attenuator 3db/5-1000Mhz - I get all channels. Without I got 100% strength,0% quality. hope it helps
