I install scaner lexmark x3330 on vista64 bit but it does not, it s mean the port usb no recognize lexmark x3330. What Can i do?

Try this approach instead. On your computer, go to Start menu > Programs > Lexmark 3300 Series folder > Tools > Uninstall. Your computer will then start the uninstall process. After successfully uninstalling the printer software, reboot your pc when prompted.
When your computer turns on, re-install the printer driver. Please visit the Lexmark website to download the Lexmark 3300 Series printer driver on your computer. Use the Vista driver for Windows 7. Select the corresponding driver for your operating system version. Simply follow the instructions on your computer screen to complete the installation.

You did a nice job trying out other ways to install the printer successfully. However, it's weird that 3 computers are not recognizing the USB connection. Make sure that the USB cable is plugged in correctly (in the right position) in the USB port of the printer.
Next, use the correct driver that is compatible with your computer's operating system. You may need to uninstall the existing software before reinstalling the new one. Instructions on how to uninstall the Lexmark software available at http://bit.ly/8ZH59T. Then, you can download the drivers at:

If problem continues, contact Lexmark technical support.

Click on the link to download the current versions of lexmark x3330 driver.

Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned
off. I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program
that came with the printer.
When the software program asks you to
connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it
should again work properly.

• Unplug the printer cable from the computer.
• Unistall the printer drivers from Device manager and also unistall the all the printer appications
• restart the computer
• try to download drivers from the website
• after installing drivers and software it will ask you to connect the printer.
• then you can connect the printer and and try to Print the test page.

A web page will open, follow instructions, select model, select operative system etc., and click on download .
Chose to download the file in my documents when asked.
After downloading, find the file,double click on the file ,then if you get in troubles, follow the instructions below to reset and reinstall drivers:

• Unplug printer USB.
• Go to control panel >> installed printers in Windows and remove (delete ) any installed printer from printer list.
• Download driver from website, or use the disk and run the install file.
  
• Follow driver installation wizard.
• Plug back printer when prompted from installation wizard.

Note:some printer does not work on Vista, if you do not find any driver download for Vista on your model page, that means your model is not Vista compatible.
