Just got a samsung H1080 DVD player, hooked it up with the cables supplied (component) one red, one white and one yellow to the back of my Samsung tv. The dvd's are all playing in black and white only! How can I fix this?
The component connection should have one red, one green, and one blue connector that will connect to the back of your player and the back of your television. Then there should also be another red and a white connector that should run from the AUDIO L & R OUT of your player to the AUDIO L & R IN beside the Component IN connections on your TV. The yellow cord would normally be running from the VIDEO OUT on the back of your player to one of the VIDEO IN connections of your TV.
Sir those three wires are to be placed in order only............ they follow some particular order.......arrange them first......
even after this if you cant then contact your service provider they willl insist you about that............sir try replacin those red,white and yellow wires.............
