My hotpoint aquarius fdw20 dishwasher has started to stop mid cycle { wash and dry lights flash together}
this has led to dishes not being washed properly & leaving a white residue on the dishes which i presume is from the wash tablet.
would be greatful for any help

Sounds like you may not be getting enough water.it will stop if water is in short supply.this may be if you are running washer at the same time.or running a bath.if hot water is in short supply,this maybe a hotwater heater problem.have you been running out of hot water when showering or bathing?
