Can not get Nokia 6120c V04.21 to online mode

My nokia 6120c is stuck on offline mode. i know how to put it back online but when i go to press another profile it shows up by saying "insert SIM card" meanwhile my sim card is Already inserted ?

(The make of the phone is telstra and my sim card is Optus Pre-paid)

i have also tried different sim cards in the phone and have repeatedly tried to activate another profile but it always shows "insert SIM card".
? ?? help !

There might be problem with the sim card holder. try to insert some piece of paper folded atop the sim card and close the sim holder

Goto Jagdish Market at there you can unlock it.

or if you want to unlock it by yourself then buy a Infinity Box or Spiderman Box , which is used to unlock,reset etc for any type of mobiles .

Nokia 6120 shows offline how do i get it online
I just did it with a little help from the first response. However, exact steps are: Go to SETTINGS then go to PROFILES. My cel options are NORMAL, SILENT etc. Go to NORMAL then....gees, since I have it on line again, I can't remember if you go to ACTIVATE or CUSTOMIZE. One of those two options will tell you, "YOU ARE OFFLINE, WOULD YOU LIKE TO GO ONLINE" Of course you will choose ONLINE and VOILA!
