Manually changing the toner

I want to know how to manually change the toner cartridges on the Konica Magicolour 2430DL without waiting for the toner empty message.

The instructions for this are posted on inside, back-left of the front panel when open. As indicated, push the green button in the lower-left corner with an embossed "1" next to it. Then, turn the green knob next to it with an embossed "2" next to it until the next cartridge is fully visible and the button from step 1 pops back out. Repeat step 2 until the correct cartridge is in place. Then pull the green handle above and to the left of the cartridge.

You can open the machine and use a pen or screwdriver to press the carousel release. Then rotate the carousel to access the cartridge to be swapped.

    If you look at the bottom side of the lid when it's opened, you'll see a long + shaped post protruding on the right side of the printer. This is what actuates the release. Find the hole in the printer assembly that lines up with the post and you've found it.

Minolta 2430dl, cyan, magenta, and yellow toner cartridges all show empty. Black shows 42% remaining. How do I get printer to print?
Some printers will refuse to print _anything_, until you replace/refill _all_ of the empty toner cartridges. So, replace/refill.

Streaks & Smears after changing toner cartridge.
Remove all of your toners and clean them off. Replace each one and make sure they are well setted in the unit before going to the next one. Make sure the carosel turns smoothly and nothing is hanging up on the sides. Reboot the whole printer and let it settle for 5 mins before printing. toners come lose sometimes when you turn carosel around. Hope this helps you these printers are a ***** to deal with ,but when they are right there great.

Toner Cartage
Really Magicolor 2430DL is a very worst printer in this world.
within 2 months drum cartridge finish - no other printer like this type of option - like black, color & durm cartridge.

I will recommend - not to go for the thirdclass cartridge. go for only HP.

How to reset Black Toner Empty Message on 2430Dl
There are many problems like that and its not recommended to change toner from one printer to another.
but you should try: put the old toner (emty) in again, then turn off the printer, change toner and turn on printer again.
if thats not helping, then maybe you have a old FW so you can try to update the firmware.

You need to clean the printer. See your manual for instructions. It is probably dust on the laser lens
