Universal remotes aren't suitable to be the primary remote for a tv due to the limited functionality.
Buying a replacement original from the manufacturer is the best option or if unavailable search for a compatible remote. I ordered one from a company on ebay and it cost little more than a good universal.
to change anything on a tv you have to get the tv menu up on the screen first and move the selectors on the remote up, down or sideways to select the appropriate section
Interference. Separate wiring in back, so there is no cross-talk of signals. If speakers are failing, go to walmart and buy a new set, <$20.00, hook up and sound is great.
