Hello, I received the failure notice below

Hello, I received the failure notice below from you last week. In fact for about the last two months I get a similar message from you every time I try sending from my Yahoo account to
avrhmsol@midot,jct,ac,il .This is strange because
i) For a few years I could always send to that address without any problem, and
ii) I still receive mail at that address from many sources.
The administrative computer staff here say the problem seems to be at your end. In fact it seems ANY address finishing with @midot.jct.ac.il doesn't get through. (EG from shapira@midot,jct,ac,il or from [email protected] I get the same problem.)
Can you help please?
By the way, I have a similar, but NOT new, address that continues to work when sending from my Yahoo account, viz
avrhmsol@jct,ac,il - i.e. this address does not contain the word 'midot' following the @ sign.
