Based on GE, it probably goes into the front dispenser area of the Ice drawer first, and "should" drop in. Try to line up the Auger drive section in the Ice drawer with the Drive fork of the motor. You may need to allow the drive to run while you carefully allow the Ice drawer to move into the right position to allow Drawer to move into rearmost position.

It seems that your printer cartridge is not proper for for MP600 or cartridge is not properly installed or it's installed to wrong position. Check manual the right positions for each cartridge and right codes for each cartridge. The filter for the french door refrigerator is probably behind the vegetable drawer, if you do not see it in the upper right hand corner of the refrigerator compartment. Remove the veggie drawer and turn off the water coming into the refrigerator. Rotate the old filter to the unlocked position and remove it. Then take off the protective cap from the new cartridge and insert it into the refrigerator. Rotate it to the locked position. (Rotate the filter to position the label before you insert the filter. Then the filter goes in correctly.) Reinsert the vegetable drawer and close the doors. Then turn the water back on and fill several glasses with water to clean the filter. Pour that water down the drain at your sink.

Are you sure that the print cartridges are genuine!!
->Open the front access door completely.
->Press the blue handle on the print cartridge drawer to release it, and then pull the drawer out completely.
->Grasp the center of one of the print cartridges, and then pull it straight up to remove it.
->Hold the print cartridge so that the imaging drum faces the bottom of the print cartridge drawer, and then insert the print cartridge into the correct slot.
->When you are sure that you have genuine print cartridges installed, close the print cartridge drawer completely.
->Close the front access door completely.

Open printer cover and wait for cartridges to be positioned on the left side. Press down on cartridge at the half moon shaped ridge. Take out cartridge. Insert new cartridge in the same position as the one you took out. Press upward until cartridge snaps into place. You are done.

• Cartridge is not installed correctly
• Use of refilled cartridges

in your case x is 0 which means that black color cartridge had a problem
problem may persist in slot holding black cartridge and /or in the cartridge

just do steps below

solution 1: check all cartridges are in right slot it is better to remove and fix it again

solution 2:
clean the surface of metal contacts with lint-free cloth

solution 3: Insert the problem print cartridge into a different slot
Follow these steps to determine if the print cartridge or the slot it sits in is causing the error.

1. Open the print cartridge door completely.
2. Press the blue handle on the print cartridge drawer to release it, and then pull the drawer out completely.
3. Remove one of the non problem print cartridges from its slot.
4. Install the problem print cartridge into the empty slot.
5. Install the other print cartridge into the slot of the problem print cartridge.
6. Close the print cartridge drawer completely.
7. Close the front access door completely.

• If the error message persists , replace the problem cartridge with new one(problem is in cartridge)
• If the error message is gone , contact HP to troubleshoot a faulty slot.

Hi,
i think you removed the older one and need to install cartridge
follow the steps below
1. Make sure that the power is turned on, and open the Paper Output Tray.
2.Lift the Scanning Unit (Cover), then hold it open with the Scanning Unit Support (on the right side)
3.automatically The Cartridge Holder moves to the replacement position.(don't force it manually)
if it moves to right then close and open scanning unit once again
4.Pinch the tabs and open the Ink Cartridge Locking Cover.
5.remove protective cover in your new cartridge
note:do not touch electrical contacts and print head nozzles
6.place your cartridge on correct slot(color on left,black on right)
7.push down locking cover until it clicks,
make sure that locking cover is not tilted
8.Confirm that the Ink Cartridge Locking Cover is closed correctly.
9.Lift the Scanning Unit (Cover) slightly to set the Scanning Unit Support back to its original position, and gently close the Scanning Unit (Cover).

To install your Brother machine#s ink cartridges, follow the steps
listed below:

1. Make sure that the Brother machine#s power is turned on.

2. Open the ink cartridge cover. This cover is located on right-hand
side of the Brother machine#s front panel.

3. Pull down the four lock release levers. There is one lock release
lever for each ink cartridge.

4. Take the ink cartridge out of its protective bag.

5. Carefully remove the yellow protective cap from the ink cartridge.

- DO NOT touch the side of the ink cartridge covered by the yellow
protective cap.

- Take care when removing this cover to prevent spilling ink and
staining your hands and clothing.

- If the cartridge cover comes off when you open the bag, the cartridge
will NOT be damaged.

6. Install each ink cartridge in the direction of the arrow on the
label.

- Please note that each color has its own specific position. These
positions are indicated by the colors of the four lock release levers.
Do not install an ink cartridge in the incorrect position, as this can
cause print quality problems.

7. Lift each lock release lever and push it until it clicks into the
closed position.

8. Close the ink cartridge cover.

- If the LCD shows #Install Black,# #Install Cyan,# #Install Magenta,#
or #Install Yellow# after you install the ink cartridges, please verify
that you have installed the cartridges correctly.

NOTE:

* DO NOT remove the ink cartridges from the Brother machine unless you intend to replace them. If you do, it may reduce the quantity of ink left in the cartridge, which may cause the Brother machine to miscalculate the amount of remaining ink.

* DO NOT shake the ink cartridges. If ink stains your skin or clothing, wash the affected area with soap or detergent immediately.

* DO NOT repeatedly insert and remove the ink cartridges. Doing so may cause ink to seep out of your cartridges.

* If you mix the colors by installing an ink cartridge in the wrong
position, clean the print head several times after correcting the
cartridge installation.

* Once you open an ink cartridge, install it in the Brother machine and use it up within six months of installation.

* Use unopened ink cartridges by the expiration date listed on the
cartridge package.

* DO NOT dismantle or tamper with the ink cartridge. Doing so can cause ink to leak out of the cartridge

Just replace the cartridge.
