HERE IS WHAT YOU SEEK

Issue: error code appears on the printer display.
Solution:
Step one: Reset the printer
Press the On button to turn off the printer.
Unplug the power cord and universal serial bus (USB) cable from the back of the printer.
Wait 30 seconds.
Plug the power cord back into the printer.
Press the On button to turn the printer on.
If the error message does not display, the issue is resolved; reconnect the USB cable and resume using the printer.
If the previous steps have not cleared the message, continue to the next step.


Step two: Download and install firmware update
Go to the product support page to download the update.

Click Software & driver downloads.

Click on the appropriate operating system link.

Click on the Recommended update to fix long power-on cycle and error codes and follow the instructions to download the file.

After downloading is complete, disconnect all other USB devices from the PC. Make sure the product is powered ON and plugged into the USB port.

With the printer directly connected to the PC, click the downloaded file FirmwareEnable_Release.EXE.

Click Open/Run.

Click OK at the Update successful window. The error should have been cleared from the printer display.

If you get a message saying a device was not detected (see Figure 1), make sure the printer is powered ON and the USB cable is connected to both the printer and PC and try step five again.

I think you mean OS 7.0.3. If you are downloading from the phone, try plugging in to the computer and updating through iTunes. Apple's update servers also sometimes get overloaded.

Plese post a link to the driver here so we can try to download the driver and scan it. It could very well be a false-positive from Your antivirus-programme which happens from time to time. Which antivirus-programme do You use ?

Check the setting on your antivirus software if the detect setting is high it could see most file as virus and in order to protect the system may terminate your downloads.
However if its a particular file you are having problem with downloading, it could be a promblem from your ISP. There may be some rule or something that is blocking the download from there server.

If the notification message about the driver appeared while installing the webcam software that is normal, windows generally will warn you if anything is going to install/alter anything at the system level.

If when you downloaded the software you clicked 'Run' or 'Open' instead of 'Save' then again it is normal for the warning dialog as it is installing the software in the same process as it is downloading it.

If you had clicked save for the software and the warning came up that would be odd. If this ends up being the case please re-post your question and state exactly what the message says okay?

Try this:
1. While the printer is still turned on, unplug all cables and cords at the back of the printer.
2. Unplug the power cord also from the wall outlet...
3. Wait for two minutes.
4. Reconnect power cord to the wall outlet first.
5. Press and hold the pound (#) and six (6) buttons.
6. While holding down the two buttons, reconnect the power cord to the back of the printer and after two seconds, release pound and six buttons.
7. Turn on the printer if it turns off...
