I just need to let you know that i am so dissappointed with my euro pro shark iron. I thought that i would really like it. Believe it or not, i had this iron a year thinking that i will get used to it. I don't know what i was thinking!!!! It spits rusts, shuts off while i am ironing and most dangerous... it keeps falling off of my ironing board and i have to grab it by cord and hot water spills out. It will not sit upright because of the cord. Yesterday, i didn't catch it and it burned an iron mark in my runner. It is the most annoying, flustrating iron. I threw it in the trash and i just want to let you know. It is THE WORSE. I will purchase another iron, but it will not be euro pro shark.

the problem of your iron could be from the element and the wire ,the element is the heat provider while the wire is the power supply from the electric
But the fact is that ,the problem of your iron is disconnection of element from the wire what you need to do fix it to unscrew your iron and trace the wire down to the element and see the disconnection am toking about and fix it back
