Hey there, I had the same error code on a diagnostic scale from SilverCrest. I simply opened what I could, removing the plastic around the "feet" and then gently blew with an hair dryer inside. It seems that some sensor detects humidity so it fixed it for me. Took two minutes top. Please avoid buying new things as soon as there is a minor issue, let's save the planet !

Erase Lamp for Magenta drum not detected, 1st check the connection. If not swap lamp with different color if code changes then lamp is bad. if not board$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

DRum erase lamp is diconnected or burned out, the lamp is located on the drum unit. turn off then on the machine to see if it will clear code

if its a self-defrosting i would believe its doing its job just as intended,that is unless you have other issues such as cooling problems

Try the LG(Goldstar) codes. 004 005 009 056 057 155 156 172. I believe that it was 009 which worked for my Venture 19" plv16190.
