I found this info at this website:http://www.twenga.co.uk/dir-Leisure-Hobbies,String-instruments,Keyboard-power-supply-adaptor-45 I am in Canada so I hope the store I mentioned can help you. If they aren't in your area a shop that sells Casio products should be able to get you that model adapter. I hope this helps you.

My mom gave my daughter Casio ctk551 keyboard adapter has power and we've tried batteries keyboard will not come on noticed a little rust on back plate took off clean with dry cloth nothing any sugges

Rust is an indication that the unit has water or moisture damage. The keyboard should power up using batteries or the adapter. Is the adapter is one supplied by Casio? Perhaps the batteries were/are put in the unit in the wrong direction or polarity? Take the batteries out completely and then try the power adapter. If this fails, I suggest returning the Casio for a replacement.

I lost my adapter to my keyboard and I need to find either a substitute or a new way to turn it on without the adapter, HELP!!!.

Some Casio Keyboards use 9V DC (center negative) others 12V DC (center negative).
If check what voltage your Keyboard use. Generic AC adapters are usually center positive. So you have to invert the wire with a new DC plug to make it center negative,
Easiest is to buy a Casio ac adapter made for your keyboard from a Casio retailer.

I have a Casio CTK 551 Keyboard, when the AC adaptor is connected and power is turned on, the Keyboard lights up for a few seconds then turns off. I noticed no red light lights up when the AC adaptor is...

The adapter has a problem... likely a poor connection of input power that briefly contacts building up some voltage that is then stored in the capacitors in the adapter which then discharge quicklly when you turn on the Casio. The adapters with FIXED blades OFTEN have problems contacting the connections in wall receptacles and extension cords. You may need to bend the blades slightly or use a better receptacle like connector. IF your adapter has a three wire cord from it to the wall receptacle, those SOMETIMES don't seat well...

You need a 9 volt DC adapter with at least 850ms (0.85 amp) capabilty with the center the minus polarity. A good place to find thes is thrift shops, but DO be careful that the center is the MINUS polarity.

Where in europe can I buy an adapter for the casio WK-110 keybord

The specs for the adapter are:

9 volts DC

850 ma MINIMUM

Center pin of connector NEGATIVE

If you find an adapter meeting these specs it should work, however I would recommend getting a regular Casio unit. They are under $20 USD and the part number is AD5.
