or it will not turn on.

Blue tooth radio tech can not charge anything, so RTm
their web site has no manual for $99 you get no manual. that stinks.
lacking a manual (you lost it or just want me to read to you)
we look for the battery and charge port first.
if the battery is deep inside (expected on anything water proof)
then I look for the charge port, and charger, ?
a 3.5mm hole on the side, or USB charge only port.
if NONE that means it must have snap off cover, with AAA OR AA BATTERIES AND ARE DEAD.

WELL NO MATTER WHAT THE BATTERIES ARE DEAD.
WHAT IT HAS WHO KNOWS, LACKING SUPPORT AND A MANUAL AND EVEN NO FULL SPEC. JUST HYPE ON THERE PAGE.
