I try to get into the Big Fish Games site and it won't let me get into my account there. I download games from other sites, but not this one.

Clunky method but here you go!

Open the Start menu and select Control Panel. Under Programs and Features, click Uninstall a program. ...

1. Go to the Big Fish Games site in your preferred language.
2. Download a trial game or reinstall a purchased game from your account Purchase History.
3. A new copy of the Game Manager will be downloaded along with your game.

If you can still log on to the site and play games they obviously did not close your account even though you may have requested it. If you cannot login to your account, then of course they should not be billing you any longer. I would revisit their page and double-check on the cancel membership process. check or verify if there's a setting in the anti-virus to allow "exception" for that website. if you really trust that website, include it in the exception.

try to down load again but instead of opening save it then look in downloads folder and try running set up again if still no good go back to there site and look for bfg support.

You will have to get in contact with Big Fish Games to stop this. If you can not get in contact with Big Fish Games, if you call your credit card company and explain the situation, they will put a block on the transaction and once the Big Fish Games sees the money is being rejected, they will stop or try to contact you and then you can give them an ear full.

Another thing to note: If you know you never purchased games from the Big Fish Games company, your credit card information may have been leaked at some other website or store you have been to and now the thief is "testing" to see if the account is active by using it on websites such as Big Fish Games. You may want to get a new card and cut this one up.
