Assuming your P3 has a single voice coil (it will have only one place to plug your wires into) you will be running this in a bridged mode. You will take the left (+) coming off the amp and plug it into the (+) on the P3. Then take the right (+) from the amp and plug it into the (-) on the P3. This will make your amp push 500 watts to your sub. Now on the amp make sure your adjustments are as follows: Signal input switch is set to unbalanced for RCA input. Left Phase switch is set to 0. Right phase switch is set to 180. your X-card should be set to low pass. And adjust the gain for both R and L equally so it has equal power from both channels.

How do u bridge the rockford fosgate p325.1?

Hello... sorry you are having a problem. If you are running the 325.1, that amplifier is strictly a mono-block amplifier (1 channel) so it is not possible to bridge it. There are 2 speaker connections on the amp but both positives and negatives are connected on the circuit board in the amp. Hope this helps. Good luck with your venture.

Hey i was wondering on the model punch 325.1 rockford amp what positive and negitive hook ups do i use for bridged channel.

the amp is a mono block so there is no bridge mode. The 2 speaker terminals are provided for easy connectivity of multiple speakers

if you have one that you can compare to another, go to home depot with that and match it up. If not, take the amp to home depot and get someone to help you find the right one.

Multi amp hook-up

honestly i dont think those to amps will push cvxs no matter how you wire them up.
the rms on the 200 should be used to push a door speaker.
the 800watt should deff just be hooked to 1 cvx but still wont max it out.

Rockford fosgate punch 700s gets very hot

Disconnect the speaker wires from speaker terminals on the amp and turn the amp on (turn the head unit on). Set the volume to zero on the head unit.

Does the amp get hot?

If it does, either the bias is set to high or the amp has other problems. If it does not, you may have the speakers wired to the wrong ohm load.
