To reset your unit press and hold together the Volume Up + Home + Power button for a couple of seconds. Release held keys when the Samsung Logo appears on the screen. Next, select from Recovery Mode menu "wipe data / factory reset" using Volume buttons to navigate and Power button to confirm.

Usually it's almost impossible to get past. The only way you can is to, one enter your phone number instead of email address and hope you know your password. Or two, if your logged in on a different device you can either change your password or if that doesnt work you can go to your chrome and into the settings and click on passwords and see if your account I.d. and password are saved there.
