I press the bluetooth button on my laptop ( aparently its ment to be built in) acer aspire 5536 is the make. ive tried downloading the bluetooth from acer.com but wen it tries to install it says no bluetooth device available, any help?
Acer currently maintain a wide variety of models of notebook computer in the current range, and for any given range of notebooks the onboard options may vary but the case remains constant across the range for each series of notebook. This means that some machines will have case buttons that lack functionality. The most common of these are the Bluetooth and Wireless LAN toggles on the front of many of the cases. You may have the button but the device isn't there, it is only on the more expensive models. Easily fixed by getting a USB Bluetooth adaptor
Hi..
Check the device manager and check if the device is disable or bad.
Let me know
Thanks
