Fixya.com receives questions from people worldwide. Without knowing the country where you reside, it is a challenge to look for websites where you can post your complaints. I am guessing you reside in South Africa.
for that u will have to log a complaint with the local police station and than u can forward the copies of ur complaint to the networks available but trust me its a long procedure
I would call for warranty service. If you had a complaint under warranty that was not substantiated, or the problem could not be found, then federal law says your warranty is still good for that complaint. Maybe someone forgot to log your complaint, if you know what I mean.
Your complaint cannot be handeled by FIXYA You should open a dispute in PAYPAL. Log into your paypal accopunt and do a search for dispute and then follow the prompts from there. PAYPAL is excellent in getting refunds/disputes resolved.
