Offline mode means that your phone aint getting any signal from your mobile service provider's BTS. You need to check it from your mobile service provider if there's an ongoing outage, you need to check as well if the sim card is properly inserted. Try powercycling your phone. 1. Turn off your device. 2. Remove the sim, memory card and battery. 3. Wait for at least 2minutes. 4. Plug back the SIM card, memory card and battery. 5. Turn on mobile phone. 6. Check if you are still getting offline mode. 7. If so, try to insert your SIM card to a different phone. 8. If using a different phone for your SIM displays offline mode still, then its your SIM card which is faulty. If it works fine make sure that you inserted the sim properly or the SIM card slot might be faulty.
its problem of software
you need to flash your phone with SE software
but after flash you will not get any phone memory so before doing take out memory card and sim card.
because after flashing your phone memory gonna be delete
The same thing was happening to my phone. I removed the battery, sim card, and memory card. I then replaced the battery an turned the phone on and it loaded to the main screen. I turned the phone back off and put back in the memory card and sim card and then it worked. Hope this helps.
Try power cycling for the phone. Please follow the steps below:
1. Remove the battery from the phone while it's turned ON. 2. Remove the SIM card. 3. Leave the battery and the SIM card out for five (5) minutes. 4. Put the battery and the SIM back and turn the phone ON.
If same problem occurs, try using another SIM to isolate the problem. If same thing happen after trying another SIM, then the phone needs repair. You may need to contact the manufacturer.
Hey this may not be the best solution ever but I'm gonna ask you to try this...first turn off your phone, remove the battery, sim card and memory card. Then switch on your phone without the simcard and memory card. Then put it off again and put back all the cards.
Sometimes this will solve the problem.
Also you may want to check the display settings :
Settings-> phone-> display-> light time out
Lemme know if this helped.
Please dry up the phone with your hairdryer without putting the heat on. There may be some traces of water playing dirty tricks. And dont be in a hurry. And you should have removed the battery immediately to avoid any short circuits. Hope there are none so far.
"my phone just says NOKIA and its blank white- no matter what you press, no change even though it is fully charged what to do??? pleeeese help "
I had the same problem, I took off the memory card and de sim card, i turned the phone on... and then off... and then I had put back the two cards, and i turned it on again... I worked
Remove the back cover, remove the battery and remove the Sim Card and Memory if you have it, now put the Sim card back in put the battery back in and try and power up, if it powers up add the memory back in. if it dose not power up try to plug in the charger and power it on if this dose not work go to you local Service Provider and have them check the battery. if the battery checks out ok then you will need to replace the Phone.
Did you store all you memories in the phone memory and not on the SIM? If you're not sure take the SIM out and put it in another phone.
A lab that specializes in cell phones could probably rescue the memory, but it won't be covered by the insurance. You could ask them to limit the work to just rescuing the memory, and have the rest of the job done by sending it in on the insurance, but it might be that in order for them to get to the memory, they will have to repair it anyway.
Can't you contact your provider and try to make sure that they rescue you memory as part of the repair? it's not that unreasonable...
Good luck
