The owner's manual gives specific instruction in how to change both the light and battery, and lists these as product #95000 for the bulb kit and #95004 for the battery kit, and gives a phone number to call: 231-733-2725..... Good luck!!!

The users manual strictly forbids users of these swimming pool lights from changing any bulbs/batteries/etc. This light is specifically designed so that it cannot be opened by anyone other than an autorized repair person. If you were to open it yourself you would not only risk electrocuting yourself, but also void your warranty. You will have to have it serviced or replace the whole light. Sorry! Hope this helps you though.

It sounds like your swimming pool light is not holding a charge. This normally indicates that the batteries have expired their useful life and need to be changed. Even rechargeable batteries are not designed for permanent use.

I bought a glowbuoy about a year and a half ago. I have only used it 2 or 3 times. I recently went to use it. I recharged the battery but when I tried to turn it on there was no light.red light steel...

According to the owner's manual for this pool light, a blinking red light indicates that an error has occured during charging. It says that if you have unplugged and tried again and still have a blinking red light, the condition of the battery is questionable and it might need to be replaced. The only place that you can purchase these replacement batteries is from an authorized pool store or directly from the manufacturer. You will not be able to replace the batteries yourself.

Need to buy a new bulb for my Glowbuoy 92000

You might want to try backyardcitypools.com. I know that they sell these kinds of swimming pool lights. I don't know if they have replacement parts or not, but they might be able to point you in the right direction or get you a replacement if necessary.

My glowbouy flashes green and red...what does this mean

According to the owners manual for these swimming pool lights, this is what each colored indicator means. Hope this helps.

Solid green
The battery pack is fully charged.
Slow flashing green
The battery pack is almost fully charged.
Slow flashing yellow
The battery pack is half charged.
Medium flashing yellow
The battery pack is less than half charged.
Fast flashing yellow
The battery pack has almost no charge.
Fast flashing red
A charging error has occurred and the light should be unplugged and then plugged back in. If the Fast Flashing Red persists after several attempts, the battery condition is questionable.

Also in the trouble shooting guide, it mentions this:

Problem: Red Indicator Light Is Flashing While Charging

Solution:
A red flashing indicator light when charging indicates a selftest
error condition. Unplug the product and plug it in again.
Try this several times; if the indicator light continues to flash
red, unplug the GlowBuoy and take it to an authorized service
depot.

Glowbuoy flashes on and off after charging, hardly been used

If your swimming pool light is not holding a charge, it could be that your battery pack is defective. For this particular light, you cannot change the batteries yourself. It is designed so that the housing cannot be opened by the owner. You would need to take it to a pool professional and have them change your rechargeable batteries.
