If all other burners working as they should, I'd check that bad one for partially plugged orifice. Try poking a small piece of wire through orifice hole to clean it. As far as igniter goes, and they are all connected to one source for spark, and separate wires run to each, make sure there is no breaks in small wire, as well as check that little ceramic igniter has a clean tip, if not clean with nail file or sand paper, and make sure it is same position at burner as others, as in close enough for spark to arc across to burner. if still no spark, try swapping wire with another, if it works, change wire, if not replace little ceramic piece at burner.
Those little caps come of, so pull bad one off and check all holes & grooves where flame comes out of for debris and clean out carefully, see what happens & let me know if anything changes.
About all you can do with that particular model is clean that cap (top of burner) and make sure they are all in the proper position, and with right size burner, in case someone mixed them up for some reason.
The only other thing you can try for parts & service assistance, is there customer service number , 1-800-461-5681, and they can give you a number for service technician in your area, that can come & diagnose properly. It's too dangerous if your not a certified tech, to be working on any gas appliance .
Sorry , perhaps that's not what you wanted to hear, but better for everyone, especially you & safety of your family if tech comes & looks at it.

Hi
If the burner is not burning hot, and there is a low flame then this is often a pressure regulator problem. Most often the regulator is found where the gas line enters the gas range. I have a picture of what the flame characteristics should look like. If the igniter on different burner doesn’t work, and there is no spark at that burner then you will have to check the same items as mentioned above. This is a typical spark module wire diagram.
Please do accept the solution if the issue is resolved or else revert for further assistance.
Thanks

all the burners are working well but one- so it would not be a regulator problem
the advice really does not help me to resolve the situation, only one burner does not work and how do i replace the igniter- where do I get one to replace.
