Replace gasket on a LG WM2077cw

We purchased our LG wm2077cw about 3 years ago and I'd like to replace the gasket to get rid of the mold that has developed on it. Would someone tell me if it is easy to to myself and the part number needed?

Can't tell you the part number but it's not to complicated. first shut off the water supply, then flush the toilet to get the water out of the tank, then remove the water supply line, then unbolt the tank from the bowl and replace the gasket. be carefull when tightening the tank back up, you want to do it evenly and only untill the tank is solid. or you can crack the tank

LG wm2077cw washing machine: cold water won't shut off.

You probably have a bad cold water valve. Remove the screws ot the top cover after unplugging unit These screws are on the back at the top. Slide the cover back and up. Trace your cold water line to the valve and this is the one that is bad. It is held on by screws from the back. Remove the old and replace with the new.

Machine clogged and rust and stink

to help clean the unit, do a large load of whites, extra bleach, extra-super-heavy-duty wash, hot wash and hot rinse. many small loads sometimes cause the unit to "smell up"
