On the off chance you may have downloaded the wrong LAN driver,
here is the link to the download page at ECS for this board. Sometimes redownloading and reinstalling the driver fixes the trouble. Like benz18724 said, ECS boards are cheap and I will not use them after a run of bad luck with several models.
Another option is to go to Realtek's website and try downloading the drivers from them. They make the network chipset used on the board.
There's also the chance the built-in network interface has gone bad. It's unlikely, especially since the problem started after restoring the system, but random failures of boards is one of the tings that soured me on ECS. You might just want to install a PCI network card if you have an available slot. Netgear and D-Link cards are cheap and there is no trouble finding the drivers if you need them.
