Hi, Karcher calls the unloader valve a spill valve,
this is a link to a full drawing/parts listing , and your fault description might well be a sticking /seized unloader(spill ) valve hope this helps

the part number is on page 9 of the drawing
spill valve 45910400
hope this helps , we usually use some good quality silicone grease to lube the valve ,

Karcher pressure washer model K3.48M with 2 wands. One works fine the other not.

Greetings from Toronto :>)

Two different wands for different uses and one has a low (hardly any) pressure mode for spraying detergent. Have you read the manual? I found it.

Replaced unloader in Karcher HH2400, now unit will not start unless I depress wand handle and pull start engine.

Maybe press regulator was reset before the unloaded was installed and needs to be set at lowest and then increased as needed.

Hi have mac allister water leeking out off trigger

the seal in the plunger valve of your wand is bad or possibly it froze and cracked...either way to work on it far exceeds the cost of a new one so you will just save yourself time and money by buying a new wand at a local dealership...good luck

Karcher K 3.97M electric presuure washer cycles on/off.

Hi;
It has an internal water leak or a seal or valve is leaking air. These machines are warrantied for 2 years and that is about all you can expect from them. Having it repaired professionally would cost about 75% the price of a new machine. If you are handy enough to get into it yourself, e-mail me and I will send you a diagram. ([email protected]) Part prices are expensive in Canada but not bad in the US. I don't know about other countries.

Karcher 2400: Won't stop spraying.

Dear sdadean,
I am assuming that when you said "wand" you mean the "gun". Myself I rarely service guns. But there are types that are serviceable and others that are not. If the brass elbow had 2 stainless steel pins....then this is a gun that you must replace with a new one. And putting oil, is the worst enemy....because oil damages O rings. Now the high pressure hose is fitted inside the brass part by being sealed by a black O ring and a white backing flat O ring. I do not know if these that you saw. Now if the brass has only one pin coming out from the back, this type of gun can be serviceable. Look at the brass at the place where the lance is attached. If you see a hexagon hole, this is a plug that can be unscrewed with an allen key. Behind the plug there is a ceramic seating. Then you find the valve and a spring. If the steel valve and the ceramic seating are damaged, the whole gun must be replaced.
To tell you the truth I usually change the gun and fit a new one, when the machine keeps on going because the gun does not close. I find it the best and the most safe way of solving the problem.
Regards,
Fulltech.
