SOURCE: My Sanyo TV DS20930 wont turn ON at all.
With no standby voltage at all neither the remote nor the front button will work. With no indication at all, the first thing to look at is the standby power supply. If you are comfortable working inside the set, there are a few things you can check. If not, you need to deternine how much you want to spend on the set. Figure on a cost of about $50 or so to get a repair estimate. If you'd like, get a detailed estimate, post the results here and we can walk you through the actual repair.

SOURCE: Crosley 4 in 1 CR-66
The solution is to replace the AC Power transformer. I have the same problem with my Crosley 4in1 machine. I trouble shooted it and got it to start working when I replaced the AC Power Transformer. The problem still is that It needs to be replaced with the correct 'Power Rated' Transformer.
SOURCE: Won't Power-Up
I fixed it! It's the power supply board. You might have the "white screen of death" problem, and if not you may just need a new board. The board is yellow, it has markings on it that you can look up on a search engine for resellers, and I saw several going for $20-35 after searching google.
The Westinghouse LCM 22w2 has bad capacitors on the yellow power supply
board. This is a common problem plaguing motherboards and LCD
flatpanels that use capacitors from Taiwan. If you know how to solder,
or know somebody that can, it's actually a pretty easy fix. Take out
the yellow circuit board on the inside, write down the specifications
for each of the capacitors (the cylindrical things) go to the
electronics supply store and get the replacement capacitors. You can go
over the voltage specification (not under), but keep the capacitance
value matching. Replace one at a time. Go to www.badcaps.net for
advice, tutorials and training on doing this. *You really should
replace all the capacitors*, but the very large one next to the power
plug I did leave on the board because I couldn't find a match. To my
delight, the white screen of death went away and it was working as new!
I saved a ton of money fixing this, it's definitely worth learning how to solder to do this.

SOURCE: treadmill powers up but belt will not rotate
Check to see if the motor is spinning. If not spinning, then use a voltmeter to find out the voltage of power going to the motor that spins the belt. See if you can rotate it by hand.
