Something has blown. Check fuses, connections, recheck all wiring connections. Don't know why the module and thermostat were changed but there may have been another original problem.

SOURCE: Dometic ac with atwood 1h2c thermostat will not come back on

Just a guess, as I am not familiar with the solar assist, if the stat is wall mounted I would remove it and verify if there is wither standard batteries, or a "watch" style battery. hope this helps

SOURCE: I need to find a cycling thermostat for a Dometic Roof top unit

I ran across the same problem and found the kit to expensive. I gutted the parts added a transformer, contactor and thermostat. Unit worked great and cost about half the price.

SOURCE: I have a 13500 btu ac dometic penguin model on pan

Your choices are another Dometic or a Coleman
I prefer the Coleman But the amount of extra cooling you will get by stepping up to a 15K unit will probability not be worth the added cost

I have a 2016 coachman A-Frame camper My Dometic LCD thermostat the screen is blank,I have power at the circuit board do I need a new thermostat? if so can I buy any three wire thermostat?

Most of these camper units I've worked on have only 1 style of t-stat to use. Replace it with the same as what you have if possible. And check all connections to and from the t-stat. A blank screen doesn't mean the t-stat is at fault. Should have power at the stat as well as the control board.

My Dometic ac not working. Replaced both capacitors. No power to thermostat. Switched out thermostat to no avail. Need help!!!!!!

Likely as simple as a float switch. Meaning the drain is backed up. 24 volts starts at transformer, then to fuse, then to float switch, then to tstat. Find where the voltage stops. Use your tongue

Dometic model 3313192 thermostat error code E1 what does this mean?

Hi By E1 error it means
Loss of communication between the Single Zone LCD thermostat and the module board. LCD will cycle between E1 error.

Check the link for regular maintenance Of the LCD thermostat.
If it doesn't help then you have to replace the LCD thermostat.

My honeywell ac panel went blank when i turn the heat on and the heat don"t start , the ac works fine

I would check a couple things lets start with the thermostat itself remove from the wall mount and check to see if the red and white wires are attached. Does this thermostat take batteries? If so replace the batteries. If still no heat make a jumper and jump out the red and white wires this should turn your heat on and now means that it is a thermostat problem. Purchase a new one and pay attention to all of the wires and where they go.Good luck
