Sounds like a hard drive issue, unless you know how to troubleshoot this, I would take it to a Samsung dealer.

Everytime I start my machine, when it gets to windows, the screen goes dim and, I think, booting stops

what PC, all you posted is a screen.
we can not guess 36 years of PCs ever. sorry
my guess is PC is not HP, only the screen
this is near new screen
turn it on, and push the screens menu button.
see the OSD screen, now? sure, and that means the screen is ok.
and the PC is dead.
so post why is PC dead, get 100 reasons.
this position (ROOM LOC?) thing fools me, totally, sounds like bad cable.
or PC has loose parts.
if the PC fails with a borrowed monitor, is bet that makes sense ,, no?
The PC turns on,
the PC makes fan sounds
the PC dvd eject button works
the PC BIOS screens wall work
stop, i stop here we go father easy past BIOS working,
the BIOS hot key will not be the HP key cause yours is not HP

Locked out of my tablet by my child entering a new pass word...

To unlock your tablet, you will have to perform a factory/hard reset of the device.

Performing a hard reset will DELETE ALL DATA from internal device storage and reset the tablet back to the state before you turned on the device for the first time. Resetting the tablet does not erase any system software updates you have downloaded or any files on your SD memory card, such as music or photos.

To perform factory/hard reset please follow those steps:
1. Turn the power off.
2. Press and Hold the Volume Up and Power button at the same time.
3. When the start up screen show (Samsung logo displays on the screen), release all the buttons.
4. Use the Volume Up/Down button to navigate to "wipe data/factory reset", select with Power button
5. Select "wipe data/factory reset"
6. Select "Yes -- delete all user data"
* Allow several minutes for the factory data reset process to complete.
7. Select "reboot system now"
* Allow several minutes for the reboot process to complete.

I have lenovo brought by my brother from america it has pop password given by his friend now when he asked his friend he told that he had forgotten now i cant access it the screen comes to be with password...

To reset the BIOS password read the information from this link.

In case of your Lenovo laptop the easiest method would be using software from Hiren's Boot CD as it's pretty hard to open it up and reach for the CMOS battery or the jumper.

My samsung syncmaster 920nw picuture goes blank after a period of a couple of minutes. If I turn the power off and then back on the picture re-appears but goes off again. It is not he pc since it works...

If you get a flashing screen which show your screen for few minutes and then goes blank it may be an issue with the Monitor.

Try to restart the computer and go to BIOS setup screen. If you experience the same issue in BIOS then the monitor needs a repair or replacement for sure.
