Why is my Black and Decker Easy feed motor seem to be locked up?It was working fine,then just quit.Doesn't even act like it wants to work.No noise or anything.

check the white plastic lever location at the back of the spool. replace if broken. less than $3 part

How do you replace the white lever, and how do you know if it is broken?

I am a bit upset. I purchase a Black and Decker Trimmer and you guys want to charge me almost 10$ to give me a little bit of advise on a problem.
