The P-01-520 error code on a Riso CZ100 indicates a problem related to the master removal detection sensor. This error often occurs when the machine is unable to detect the removal of the master (printing stencil) after a certain period. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:
1. **Check the Master Removal Area:**
Ensure that there are no obstructions or jams in the area where the master is removed after printing. Make sure the path is clear, and there is no paper or other debris hindering the operation.
2. **Inspect the Master Removal Sensor:**
The P-01-520 error is related to the master removal detection sensor. Inspect the sensor for any visible damage or misalignment. It's typically a small optical sensor located in the master removal area. Clean the sensor carefully with a soft, lint-free cloth.
3. **Check for Broken Parts:**
Inspect the master removal area for any broken or damaged parts, such as gears, levers, or switches. If any part is broken, it may need to be replaced.
4. **Reset the Machine:**
Try resetting the machine by turning it off, unplugging it from the power source, waiting for a few minutes, and then plugging it back in. Power the machine back on and check if the error persists.
5. **Update Firmware (if applicable):**
Check if there are any firmware updates available for your Riso CZ100. Updating the firmware may address certain issues. Refer to the user manual or contact Riso support for information on how to update the firmware.
6. **Contact Riso Support:**
If the issue persists after attempting the above steps, it's recommended to contact Riso technical support or your local authorized service provider. They can provide more detailed guidance, and if necessary, schedule a service technician to inspect and repair the machine.
Always follow the recommended procedures outlined in the user manual for your specific Riso CZ100 model when troubleshooting or performing maintenance. If you don't have the manual, you may be able to find it on the Riso website or by contacting their customer support.

Answer:
Master compression HP sensor does not go ON within 1 second after the master compression motor operates in the return direction"
You need to replace motherboard (P-98 error) of your printer the cost of it is to high, then I suggest value this repair or replace your printer.

it's more likey the faceplate, and where it makes contacts with the unit. if you try applying pressure and moving the detachable faceplate on while attached and it turns on, there could be a cold solder/loose connection on the board.
are you using an amplifier? if so, it sounds like you are using the blue (antenna remote turn on) wire instead of the blue/white (amp remote turn on) to turn the amp on.
